Abstract
Part 3 will define a voluntary framework for evaluating the effectiveness and maturity of Smart Multigenerational Neighbourhoods. It will outline key dimensions of performance, propose a set of measurable indicators, and offer structured tools to support self-assessment, benchmarking, and continuous improvement. The specification will include: • A modular framework for assessing impact and alignment with ISO 25553 • Guidance on collecting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data • Indicators across domains such as wellbeing, inclusion, digital integration, sustainability, and governance • Templates for internal review, peer benchmarking, and stakeholder reporting • Guidance on aligning with broader policy objectives (e.g. UN Sustainable Development Goals -SDGs - and other relevant UN and WHO charters) While not a certification scheme, this part will help ensure accountability, support long-term learning, and enable data-informed decision-making.
