This document specifies the calculation and calibration methods for thermal power of pressurized water reactor, which includes pressurized light water reactor (PLWR) and pressurized heavy water reactor (PHWR). This document applies to the calculation and calibration of thermal power during normal operation and startup of PLWR and PHWR.
