Résumé
The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is utilized as a space system to safeguard human life, and the benefits of space services are increasingly enhanced through its integration with newly developed technologies. This document specifies rescue services that utilize space-based positioning and Low Power Wide Area (LPWA) technology. The rescue service described herein is designed to assist individuals who have fallen into the sea by establishing a connection via LPWA between portable terminals—carried by passengers and crew aboard vessels and equipped with satellite positioning capabilities—and base stations installed on vessels or equivalent platforms
