Specifies the procedure to test package the defrosting method of commercial refrigerated cabinets intended or the sale and/or display of food products, when tested on the same conditions as established for the temperature test (see part 3 of ISO 1992). The test is not applicable to cabinets or parts thereof intended to be defrosted manually.
