Provides the Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement (PICS) proforma for the Reliable Transfer protocol specified in CCITT Recommendation X.228 (1988) (ISO/IEC 9066-2:1989). This PICS proforma in in compliance with the relevant requirements, and in accordance with the relevant guidance given in ITU-T Recommendation X.296 (ISO/IEC 9646-7).
