Abstract
PreviewApplies to ceramic cookware, intended to be used for the preparation of foods by heating. The determination is carried out by extraction of the cookware surfaces with hot acetic acid solution (4 %), and determination of the lead and cadmium extracted by means of the atom absorption spectroscopic method.
