The School of Computer Science and Engineering in Chung-Ang University, Republic of Korea, offers a course on information and communication technology (ICT) standardization as an elective when majoring in computer science and engineering.
The course focuses on technology standards with the aim of educating future engineers. After completing the course, students should be able to understand the concepts required in practical work, and comply with national and International Standards when working in industry.
Chung-Ang University was one of the five finalists for the 2009 ISO Award for Higher Education in Standardization.
