Based on quantitative methods, this study analyzes systematically the technical barriers to trade encountered by China's most representative region in this regard, the province of Zhejiang. It investigates technical barriers to trade in terms of country, type and loss in trade. In addition, it describes in quantitative terms the main causes why Zhejiang is subject to technical barriers as well as measures taken by the Province to counteract these barriers and their results. New characteristics of technical barriers and economic patterns of such barriers are also addressed, pointing out how export-oriented companies in China can overcome technical barriers to trade.
运用定量分析的方法对我国贸易技术壁垒最典型地区——浙江省近年来所遭受的贸易技术壁垒的国别、类型、贸易损失等问题进行了系统的研究，定量分析了浙江省遭受贸易技术壁垒的主要原因，并介绍了浙江省采取应对贸易技术壁垒的措施和所取得的效果，研究了贸易技术壁垒的新特点、分析了贸易技术壁垒的经济规律，提出了我国涉外企业跨越贸易技术壁垒的路径。
