These files were developed and tested using a number of national versions of software running under a number of operating systems. However, there is no guarantee that they will function on all platforms and in all language versions. Should these files not function on your system, ISO is under no obligation to provide a solution.

The Templates are supplied as a compressed archive file (ZIP file) containing the following files:

To install the ISO template for AutoCAD 2008 and over, download the archive to a folder of your choice on the hard disk of your computer. Extract the files from the archive to the places specified by AutoDesk Inc.
The configuration of the AutoCAD/printer system shall be verified in order that, when the files produced are exchanged, they give visually equivalent drawings both on display and printer. In order to ensure this correspondence, the ISO Central Secretariat has prepared a test to be used for calibration. This test can be downloaded from ISO Online at the following address: https://www.iso.org/iso-templates.html as AutoCAD 2008 configuration file.
The template must be invoked using the New command in the File menu of AutoCAD and selecting the file ISO GRAPH Template V1.2.dwt.
Once downloaded and extracted, the relevant file can be double clicked to open in the respective software.
Font files can be installed by dragging and dropping into the relevant Windows system settings page within Windows.
