Remarks

Usage. This title element is required.

Conversion Note: In cases where the standard has only one part and the full title contains only one em-dash, there may be ambiguity over whether the main title element is the part preceding the em-dash (followed by a complementary title element), or the part following the em-dash (preceded by an introductory title element). If the standard has multiple parts, then there can be no ambiguity, as a part number will be given after the em-dash.

This element is part of the ISOSTS customization of the JATS journal publishing vocabulary; it is not part of the base vocabulary.
