AND OPEN DAY ON CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT
27th CASCO plenary meeting, Geneva on 6-7 October at the WMO
It is an honor and a pleasure for us to welcome you to the 27th CASCO plenary meeting. The plenary will be held in Geneva on 6-7 October at the WMO, close to the ISO Central Secretariat premises and to the numerous Geneva-based international organizations with which we collaborate regularly and efficiently - in particular the UN, some of its specialized agencies, as well as the WTO and the IEC.
Open day on conformity assessment, Montreux on 5 October

The plenary meeting will be preceded by an open day on conformity assessment that will be held in Montreux on 5 October. The open day will consist of several sessions: two main sessions, one on Best practices for establishing and operating National Mirror Committees and the other on changes of ISO/IEC 17021:2011 "Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management system", and additional sessions on the latest developments in CASCO working groups.
We look forward to benefiting from your discussions and exchange of ideas at both the plenary and the open day.
