The Library of Congress is located on Capitol Hill in southeast Washington, D.C. 
It comprises three buildings that are adjacent to each other: the Thomas Jefferson Building (10 1st Street, SE - located across the street from the U.S. Capitol), the James Madison Building (101 Independence Avenue, SE) and the John Adams Building (2nd Street, SE).

The meeting will take place in the Madison Building. Enter at C Street, take the elevators to the 6th floor and the Montpelier Room is to the right. 
From the Independence Avenue door, pass through security and take the elevator to the 6th floor.  Exit the elevator bank, turn right, take another right, turn left and the Montpelier room is straight ahead.
