ISO Web audio and video conferencing service

ISO’s Web audio and video conferencing service allows people to meet "virtually" using the Internet. We recently improved our service to uphold our commitment to make ISO’s services simpler, faster, and better than before. The Web conferencing service is offered free of charge to our members, technical committees and subcommittees, working groups, and related experts and is to be used only for ISO-related work. While such a tool cannot always replace the need for face-to-face meetings, it may enable you to maintain progress on specific issues being addressed by your technical committees and working groups. This service may also complement physical meetings by allowing some participants to join remotely.

In a typical Web conference, participants use their computer and Internet browser to view the computer screen of a meeting "presenter". Presenters typically select an application or document to share with the other attendees. The role of presenter can be passed to different people in the meeting and it is even possible for participants to edit a shared document.
