Clauses 8.3.1, 8.3.2d and 8.3.2e DO NOT require an accreditation body to require a CAB to provide to the CAB's customers information on a withdrawal of an accreditation of the CAB.

Does any text in 8.3.2 restrict the requirements in that section to only accreditation of certification bodies (bodies carrying out certification of management systems, products, processes, services or personnel) as opposed to all CABs (see ISO/IEC 17011 3.10)?

Clause 8.3.2 does NOT restrict the requirements in that section to only accreditation of certification bodies (bodies carrying out certification of management systems, products, processes, services or personnel) as opposed to all CABs.
