Database of ISO 3166-1 (list part)

The product contains the following files:

• Microsoft® Access 2000 file of the list part of ISO 3166-1
• Semicolon-delimited TXT-file of identical content
• Readme-file with detailed information on the product

At the date of the purchase the database file and the semicolon-delimited text file are up-to-date. The font used throughout is ARIAL UNICODE MS.

Example for the data fields contained in a complete ISO 3166-1 entry:

• Alpha-2: ZA
• Alpha-3: ZAF
• Numeric-3: 710
• English short name: SOUTH AFRICA
• English full name: Republic of South Africa
• English remark: Includes Marion Island, Prince Edward Island
• French short name: AFRIQUE DU SUD
• French full name: République sud-africaine
• French remark: Y compris: l'Île Marion, l'Île du Prince-Édouard

NB: Not all 230+ entries have data in every field.
