Fourth interim report on "Serbia and Montenegro"

The ISO 3166/MA has not been able to determine the new ISO 3166-1 code elements for Serbia and Montenegro in its vote ending 2003-07-04. Now a second and decisive vote is being held among the members of the ISO 3166/MA. This vote is scheduled to end on 2003-07-22.

The ISO 3166 Newsletter announcing the new code elements will be posted on this Web site on 2003-07-23.

Until then the code elements representing the outdated country name Yugoslavia in ISO 3166-1 (YU, YUG and 891) should be used for the country name Serbia and Montenegro.
