Changes to ISO 3166-1 and ISO 3166-2

The ISO 3166 Mainenance Agency has published two Newsletters on ISO 3166-1 (No. V-4 and V-5) and one Newsletter on ISO 3166-2 (No. I-2).

They include a number of minor changes of country names, the change of the official name and code elements for East Timor and changes in the subdivision lists of about 32 countries.
